Objectives
- to analyse the criminal system and its operational instances from a feminist perspective
- to reflect on the supposed neutrality of Law and of the criminal system
- to analyse law as “gender technology” and the construction of subordination relations
- to contribute in shaping and consolidating the “Law with women” (El dret amb les dones) of the project “right to Law” (dret al Dret) to promote the feminist perspective at University (Law Faculty) and on its researches.
