Summary: the research is about four main aspects that condition the free exercise of sexl work, and simultaneously cause the main violations against rights of the group of sexl workers. The juridical situation and political consideration of sex work, the condition of foreign of most of the sex workers, the street as a space of action and interaction and the stigma that falls on this activity were the four main axis of this research. The general conclusion we arrive to after this run is that the State of Law is completely absent in the sex work field. We can see that the group of sex workers in Barcelona suffers a violation of twenty five human rights (labour, social, of the person’s integrity, effective access to jurisdiction, juridical security, freedom and equality).
