Summary: informative guide that aspires to inform foreign, specially the “irregulars”, about the basic rules regarding foreign internment and expulsion administrative procedures. The document systematises the requirements and formalities established by Law, in order to improve procedural guarantees of affected persons and to avoid their expulsion. The Guide is structured in two parts: expulsion and internment, didactically organized using the question-answer method, directed both to immigrants and lawyers.
